Purchase Options

All products on our website are available for one-time purchase only.

We currently do not offer subscription-based purchases or recurring billing options.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details.

Please review your order carefully and contact us immediately if any changes are required.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

After this time, we may not be able to cancel your order as it may already be prepared for shipment.

How to Cancel an Order

Orders Already Dispatched

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy for further assistance.

Changes to Orders

We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
