All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM (UK time) are typically processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver all orders within 2–4 working days from dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on stock location and delivery address, but we always strive to ensure your roses arrive as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates
- Free delivery on orders over £50
- Standard delivery charges are calculated at checkout for orders below this amount
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.
For delivery to remote areas, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may be dispatched in multiple shipments to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment where applicable.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
