Standard UK Mainland Delivery

• £3.95 for all orders under £50.
• Free Standard UK Mainland Delivery for orders over £50.

Next Day Delivery (£5.95)

• Available for container roses and bare root plants (in-stock items only).
• Pre-orders will be shipped via next-day service once ready.
• Not valid with free shipping promotions.
• Order Cut-Off: 1 PM, Monday to Thursday.

Saturday Delivery (£6.49)

• Orders placed before 1 PM on Friday will be delivered on Saturday.

While we ensure prompt shipping, external factors may occasionally cause delays. These will be communicated by the courier. If you experience any issues, please contact us immediately.

Delivery Times

• Container Roses & Garden Plants: 3-5 working days (available all year round).
• Bare Root Roses: Bare root roses, shrubs and fruits plants are shipped from November to March when dormant. Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions.

Refund Policy

• If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery via email.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Improper packaging may affect the refund amount.

Order Cancellation Policy

• Full refund for cancellations before packaging.
• If your order is packaged but not collected, a £10 cancellation fee applies.
• Orders cannot be canceled once collected by the courier.
