At Harringtons Roses, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Plants must not have been planted or altered
- Proof of purchase is required
Due to the natural characteristics of plants, slight variations in size, shape, or bloom are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
In such cases, we will:
- Offer a replacement, or
- Provide a full refund
Return shipping will be covered by us for these cases.
Change of Mind Returns
For returns due to change of mind:
- Return shipping costs may apply
- Items must meet eligibility conditions

If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
